Our Attorneys
Both raised in the Hancock County area, Tyler Cline and Tejinder Singh took the same path through West Virginia University for their undergraduate degrees and on through WVU College of Law. After graduating, each found his way into practice — Tyler in civil defense, Tejinder in toxic tort litigation — before their paths converged back home. Tyler established his own practice in 2019, and when Tejinder joined him a year later, Cline & Singh, PLLC was formed.
Tyler earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance, cum laude, from West Virginia University with minors in History, Psychology, and Communications, before going on to WVU College of Law. There, he was recognized with the ABA-Bloomberg BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law and earned CALI Awards in Advanced Labor Law, Elder Law, and Jurisprudence. While in law school, he also served as a Graduate Assistant in the WVU Financial Aid Office and practiced as a Student Attorney at the WVU Entrepreneurship & Innovation Law Clinic, representing real clients on non-profit formation, trademark clearance, and USPTO filings.
